Beveridge Williams acts on behalf of numerous land owners, developer groups and the Growth Areas Authority within Melbourne’s premier & fastest developing growth corridor of Cranbourne East.

Planning and design work includes undertaking preliminary investigations, coordinating technical assessments, authority negotiations and submissions, preparation of design plans and landscape and urban design. We are also providing surveying, civil engineering and project management on projects totalling 2,600 dwellings as listed below;

Stockland Collins Project (1,200 lots) has been identified as the signature project of the Victorian Government & is set to be one of Australia’s most environmentally sustainable suburbs.

Villawood (360 lots) will be divided into three catchments which will each be analysed & treated separately. As part of the development, provision of a pipe crossing Berwick-Cranbourne Road & connecting to the scheme will be required.

Brookford Estate (500 lots) is a master planned subdivision with housing & integrated open space. The proposal also incorporates Clyde Creek & WSUD measures.

Blue Hills Rise Retirement Village & Residential Development (546 units & lots) is situated on more than 50 acres of gently undulating land. There are several key design features; a treatment pond with dual gross pollutant traps and non-standard kerbing to allow access to mobility devices.
