The Pasadena site lies within the south-east corner of the Cranbourne East Precinct Structure Plan area, at 415 Clyde-Five Ways Road. The proposed development incorporates approximately 320 residential allotments; with an average lot size of approximately 450m2.The landscape design of the estate is integral to Villawood’s vision for creating a high quality residential development that contributes to the social, environmental and economic well being of the community.

Beveridge Williams were engaged by Villawood Properties Pty Ltd to manage the Urban Design, Planning, Landscape Architecture, Environmental, Surveying and Engineering for the development.

Two areas of public open space are to be developed within the estate, which will provide passive and active recreational opportunities. These local parks will also serve functions for protection of biodiversity and cultural heritage. In addition, two low lying open space areas will include Water Sensitive Urban Design elements for the estate and overall precinct.
