Jared Clarke

Jared is a Certloc‑certified utility locator with over 10 years’ experience in the utility locating and surveying industry. He has been heavily involved in Victoria’s Big Build program from start to finish, contributing to major projects such as the West Gate Tunnel, Metro Tunnel, and numerous Level Crossing Removal works across all stages of construction.

Jared is highly skilled in both high- and low‑frequency GPR, enabling accurate mapping of structural reinforcement and underground services in all environments. In addition to providing operational support in establishing the Victoria SUI division, he will also play a hands‑on role in the field, bringing strong technical capability and practical expertise to help the team get up and running.
