Philip Paton

Philip is a seasoned Town Planner with over 26 years experience, holding a degree in Environmental Planning and a postgraduate qualification in Town and Country Planning. His career spans private and government sectors, where he has integrated his planning expertise with project management, business improvement, and change management to deliver successful projects and foster organisational development.

As the Principal Planner for Beveridge Williams’ Western Region, Philip leads the Town Planning team, delivering service excellence and client satisfaction. His certifications in Prince2 Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and PROSCI Change Management further enable him to spearhead business improvement initiatives, enhancing customer service on a national scale.

Philip supports wider Town Planning through a position on the PIA VIC Division Committee, PIA National Congress 2025 Program Advisory Committee and as a PIA mentor for young planners.
