Jackson Zaal
Jackson is a Civil and Environmental Engineer with many years of experience in land development and infrastructure projects across Victoria. His initial engineering experience within Beveridge Williams has been in the Gippsland region, working in design, construction management and project management.
After relocating to the Ballarat office in 2016, Jackson become Manager of the Western Victoria region, focussing on client satisfaction, delivering the highest service levels and building staff capabilities. He has played a fundamental role in the expansion of the business across this region and provides leadership input into the organisation as a member of the Senior Management Team.
Katherine Martin
Katherine has gained extensive experience in the land development industry in her role as both a surveyor and town planner.
Since starting at Beveridge Williams in 2010, Katherine has worked on a diverse range of projects including cadastral, engineering and feature surveys, along with a range of use and development and subdivision planning applications. As a result, Katherine has a thorough working knowledge of the subdivision and land development process.
Katherine’s skillset and background allow her to balance competing development constraints and advocate for good development outcomes, while focussing on communication and client satisfaction.
Jeff Spark
Jeff has been involved in the land development industry for over 30 years. He has a vast range of experience in design on projects of varying size and scope.
Philip Paton
Philip is a seasoned Town Planner with over 26 years experience, holding a degree in Environmental Planning and a postgraduate qualification in Town and Country Planning. His career spans private and government sectors, where he has integrated his planning expertise with project management, business improvement, and change management to deliver successful projects and foster organisational development.
As the Principal Planner for Beveridge Williams’ Western Region, Philip leads the Town Planning team, delivering service excellence and client satisfaction. His certifications in Prince2 Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and PROSCI Change Management further enable him to spearhead business improvement initiatives, enhancing customer service on a national scale.
Philip supports wider Town Planning through a position on the PIA VIC Division Committee, PIA National Congress 2025 Program Advisory Committee and as a PIA mentor for young planners.
Damien Drozdz
Damian is a Civil Engineer with 15 years of experience in the land development industry across Melbourne and regional Victoria. He has been involved in various roles in the construction and consulting sectors, including project management, estimating and construction supervision. Damian is committed to establishing long-term client relationships and utilising his experience to achieve optimal project outcomes from the feasibility stage to final delivery through construction.
