About Us
Beveridge Williams has been a steadfast presence in Leongatha since its founding in 1961. In response to growing demand in Wonthaggi, Inverloch, Phillip Island, and surrounding areas, we expanded by opening our Wonthaggi Office in 1984.
Our Wonthaggi and Leongatha offices are home to approximately 20 dedicated professionals, each bringing extensive knowledge, local experience, and expertise in Town Planning, Surveying, Engineering, and Project Management. Our team members are not just employees; they are active residents who contribute to the vibrancy and development of the local community. Over the years, we have built strong relationships with all relevant authorities, ensuring smooth and efficient development processes.
As a regional office, we are committed to serving our community by providing a comprehensive range of professional services. Whether you need assistance with simple Town Planning permit applications, Title re-establishment surveys, two-lot subdivisions, or complex Civil Design projects, we are here to help. Our expertise extends to large estates and projects, collaborating with both private and government partners.
Our offices are integral parts of the larger Beveridge Williams network, allowing us to leverage additional resources, expertise, and services. This collaboration ensures that we can deliver complete development and infrastructure design solutions tailored to your needs.
