Broadbeach

Project Overview

Broadbeach, Inverloch, is a resort-style development that combines units, townhouses, and residential lots for homes. The site includes facilities such as a restaurant, gymnasium and pool complex.

The development is a staged Owners Corporation with private roads, extensive landscaping, and paths, while retaining large walking tracks through beautiful coastal bushland and wetlands.

The site has sensitive environmental constraints with salt marsh and a creek bordering one side, protected bushland on another and important remnant vegetation within the site. This required innovative design and works to fill and service the lots without impacting the internal and external environments.

The overall subdivision is a nine-stage Owners Corporation subdivision requiring careful management and adjustments to legacy titles.

Works Undertaken

Beveridge Williams provided the project management, civil design, construction supervision and surveying services from stage two through to current stage seven. The civil design work required bespoke solutions due to the proximity to Andersons Inlet and Little Screw Creek.
