Overview

An intricate stratum subdivision survey project in the future mixed-use precinct of the Edmondson Park Town Centre, located some 40km south west of Sydney. 

Engaged by Frasers Property, the assignment initially involved the surveying and preparation of titling and staging plans for nine stratum lots including four proposed residential lots and a retail component consisting of 75 retail outlets, a supermarket and cinemas. 

Then working for Probuild, four strata subdivisions were created to establish 308 residential lots, communal swimming pool and BBQ facilities to service the future residents.

The registration of the final plans was achieved within 8-months of commencement of the project, made possible through the smooth passage of necessary approvals through the Council. 

Notwithstanding a number of design changes being required, the survey assignment met the expectations of our clients.
