Overview
A master-planned development combining residential and commercial use lots with tourism facilities and a 270 berth marina. The final stages of the development are divided into
Eight precincts with various sized lots for residential living and public open spaces. The focal point is the Town Centre, comprising a supermarket, retail shops, and public open spaces, creating a vibrant community centre.
Work Undertaken
- Provided a wide range of survey services for subdivision and civil construction works, including titling advice, subdivisions and survey project management.
- Managed all survey-related data in an integrated database and provided a single point of contact for client / consultants for all survey-related information.
- Early identification of significant risk factors with the design and implementation of appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Provided a site-wide coordinate datum by integrating existing separate datums on site and tailoring conversion files between existing design files, ISG and MGA94.
