Overview

Underbank is a master-planned multi-stage residential subdivision located west of the Bacchus Marsh township. Taking advantage of the site’s unique topography, residents are provided with spectacular views and connection to the landscape through walking trails and open spaces. The Estate adjoins the Werribee River and the Korkuperrimul Creek, which are being revitalised by carefully designed landscaping to provide both a bushland aesthetic for residents and a natural habitat for native wildlife.

Residents of the Underbank Estate will be provided with a local town centre and exclusive residents club, as well as a local sports precinct including an AFL sized oval and pavilion, as well as netball and tennis courts.

 

Work Undertaken

Beveridge Williams has provided urban design services to develop the layout of the Park View precinct of the Underbank Estate, as well as town planning services to obtain planning permits for the subdivision. Beveridge Williams has also worked to design and achieve approval for medium-density subdivision and townhouse development within the River View Precinct.

In addition to ongoing advice and assistance with approvals, Beveridge Williams is undertaking two rezoning applications within the Underbank Estate to facilitate the future Underbank Town Centre and additional community services.
