Once this form is submitted, Matthew Parker, our accredited Water Services Coordinator, will be in contact via email or phone within 2 working days to progress the application.

Development Application (DA) issued by Council (5Mb Limit) - if appliable
Max. file size: 5 MB.
Pre-Allocated Plan Number (PPN) Document/Receipt- obtained from your Surveyor if subdivision is required (5Mb Limit) - If available

Approved Development Plans - Site Plan, Sections, Elevations, Levels and Detailed Survey (5Mb Limit)
Max. file size: 5 MB.
