Grant has been a Director at Beveridge Williams since 1999 and has served as the sole Managing Director since 2013. With extensive experience in urban development, he has built strong and lasting relationships with staff, clients, and key authorities.
As Project Director on several award-winning developments, Grant is continually seeking innovative ways to deliver value and enhance outcomes for clients. He is actively involved in numerous industry groups, a committed member of the CEO Institute, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Grant is passionate about customer service and driving optimal project outcomes through collaborative and trusted partnerships.
Michael is an independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Beveridge Williams. Previously, Michael was a partner at KPMG and was CEO of the technology company Viatek Services Pty Ltd. He serves on a number of corporate ( public and private) and not for profit Boards.
Tiffany started with Beveridge Williams in July 2009 as a Financial Accountant and was promoted to her current role of Financial Controller in March 2011.
Tiffany gained her experience from working for both private and listed companies in Australia. She is responsible for the company’s financial management and reporting, relevant statutory compliance, tax and payroll. She also provides strategic financial advice for the company in areas such as mergers and acquisitions.
Peter joined Beveridge Williams as a graduate surveyor in Leongatha in 1981. Peter has been a part of the company’s management team and a Director for over 30 years.
Peter became a Licenced Surveyor in 1984 and, soon after, opened the company’s Wonthaggi office. His professional expertise is in cadastral surveying, rural town planning and project management. In his current role as Regional Manager for Victoria he ably oversees the management of our 7 offices in rural Victoria.
Kellie is a qualified Surveyor and Registered Planner with a postgraduate qualification in Environmental Studies. With over 30 years of experience in the development industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a practical, common-sense approach to land development, grounded in her surveying background. Her focus is always on delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
As a key leader at Beveridge Williams, Kellie has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth in New South Wales. She oversees a team of more than 100 employees and has played a central role in broadening the company’s service offering across the state.
Beyond her role within the business, Kellie is deeply committed to the surveying profession. She currently serves as Chair of Consulting Surveyors NSW and is a dedicated mentor to the next generation of surveyors, actively supporting the future of the industry.
Andrew is a Licensed Surveyor who joined Beveridge Williams in 1997. Andrew currently manages the Melbourne Surveying Division and NSW Region of Beveridge Williams.
Andrew’s diverse range of projects over 25 years of surveying experience allows him to implement innovative surveying solutions to meet our clients’ needs and expectations. He became a company Director in 2017 and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Andrew is a board member and past President of Consulting Surveyors Victoria and a board member of Consulting Surveyors National.
With a focus on achieving great outcomes for clients and enhancing the urban form, Bernard has had an extensive career across local and regional government, within not-for-profit agencies and large corporations – focussing the last 20 years in consulting, and land development in particular. His experience lies in statutory and strategic planning, community consultation, policy development and project management. Bernard is responsible for the Design and Strategy division of Beveridge Williams, which includes Town Planning, Urban Design, Traffic and Transport and the Landscape Architecture teams in Darwin, Sydney and Melbourne. He continues to assist long term clients on projects and provides due diligence and advisory support to a broad client base.
Andrew Mellett is the leader of the Environmental Division of the organisation, with over 20 years of environmental consulting experience behind him. He has been a serving member of the ACLCA Executive Committee (Victorian Chapter), a project director and provides evidence as an expert witness.
After completing his Master of Business Administration, Andrew now also oversees strategy and operations for the company, driving the business planning process and streamlining operations for maximum efficiency as the organisation continues to expand.
Alisanne is a Project Manager and Town Planner with expertise in site analysis, feasibility and project coordination, and environment impact assessment. Alisanne is currently coordinating planning and integrated approvals packages and undertaking strategic land use assessments, with particular emphasis in residential land development and in renewables and infrastructure. Alisanne also has experience in managing the delivery of residential land development projects in Melbourne’s growth areas, including due diligence, acquisition, planning, design, and construction. As manager of the planning team in Melbourne, Alisanne leads a team of 17 dedicated and talented individuals. Her leadership style is collaborative, transparent, and results-driven, ensuring that the Beveridge Williams Town Planning Team remains at the forefront of the industry.
Roger has over 22 years of experience in Project Management and Surveying with Beveridge Williams, delivering large-scale infrastructure and land development projects for both government and private clients. He is recognised for his strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate project complexities with a practical, client-focused approach. His leadership ensures smooth project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Jackson is a Civil and Environmental Engineer with many years of experience in land development and infrastructure projects across Victoria. His initial engineering experience within Beveridge Williams has been in the Gippsland region, working in design, construction management and project management.
After relocating to the Ballarat office in 2016, Jackson become Manager of the Western Victoria region, focussing on client satisfaction, delivering the highest service levels and building staff capabilities. He has played a fundamental role in the expansion of the business across this region and provides leadership input into the organisation as a member of the Senior Management Team.
