We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Water Service Coordinator (WSC) Site Representative to join our growing Water Services team based in our new Oran Park office in Western Sydney. This role is ideal for someone with strong on-site experience who wants to deepen their technical capability and step into more complex coordination and design work over time.
In this role, you will:
- Undertake site supervision of Sydney Water sewer, pressure sewer, potable water and recycled water works.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with Sydney Water standards and project specifications.
- Prepare and submit FIFM applications and coordinate inspections with Sydney Water.
- Use Sydney Water’s digital systems and portals (including e-Developer, SWC Portal etc.) to manage applications, track progress, upload documentation, and close out works.
- Liaise with Sydney Water Inspectors, constructors, developers, councils and internal teams to progress projects efficiently.
- Assist with Service Protection Reports, minor works documentation and technical submissions.
- Provide practical, construction-focused advice to designers and project managers.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary internal teams to support successful project outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ site supervision experience with Sydney Water assets (sewer, pressure sewer, potable & recycled water).
- Sydney Water WSC accreditation for supervising works. (SW-1, S-S1, S-RW, S-LP, SW-2, S-S2, S-F)
- Understanding of Sydney Water Codes, processes, asset creation, and minor works requirements.
- Experience with FIFM, minor works and major works deed processes and constructor engagement.
- Strong communication skills with constructors, clients and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Competency in AutoCAD is desirable but not essential for this role.
