About Us

For over 40 years, our Central Coast office has proudly served the Central Coast and Hunter Valley regions, initially as the well-respected firm Trehy Ingold Neate before joining the Beveridge Williams team in 2018. Our Central Coast team comprises dedicated local professionals who not only live in the area but are also deeply involved in the local business community. We actively participate in the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) local chapter and engage with various community groups.

We have proudly contributed to transformative projects across the region, including the Mariners Centre of Excellence, Riverside Park – a corporate, retail, and commercial hub, Warnervale Town Centre, and the Mingara Club.

Commitment to Excellence and Recent Accolades

Beveridge Williams’ dedication to excellence was recently recognised through prestigious accolades awarded to our Central Coast office at the 2024 Excellence in Surveying and Spatial Information Awards. Our NSW Survey team earned two distinguished honours:

  • Rural Cadastral Surveying & Land Titling Award for the Muswellbrook Bypass
  • Urban Cadastral Surveying & Land Titling Award for Queens Park, where our team used innovative techniques to resolve complex boundary and titling challenges.

These awards highlight our team’s expertise, precision, and collaborative approach, reinforcing our position as leaders in surveying and land development.

With our dedication to quality, community involvement, and an award-winning team, the Central Coast office continues to drive Beveridge Williams’ legacy of excellence across the region.
