About Us

Our Sydney office stands as the central hub for metropolitan surveying and cadastral expertise, with a specialised focus on brownfield development, built-form projects, and detailed strata and stratum surveys. Originally Dunlop Thorpe and Associates, one of Beveridge Williams’ first acquisitions in New South Wales in 2017, the office continues a proud tradition of surveying excellence.

Our Sydney team brings deep experience in complex urban projects, offering tailored solutions that meet the unique demands of metropolitan development. Their expertise supports the successful transformation of urban spaces, ensuring precise, high-quality surveying outcomes in the heart of the city. Our Sydney office is home for a Town Planner and Clouston Landscape Architects, a division of Beveridge Williams.

We have proudly contributed to transformative projects across Sydney, including the Harbourside redevelopment and the redevelopment of the Channel Nine site at Willouhby, Norwest Quarter by Mulpha and the new Metro Martin Place.
