Project Overview
Since 2005, Beveridge Williams (BW), incorporating the expertise of what was previously JMD Development Consultants, has delivered comprehensive surveying project management for Harrington Grove – a landmark 20-year master planned community scheduled for completion in 2025.
This project represents one of south-west Sydney’s most significant urban releases and demonstrates how surveying can underpin balanced outcomes for both development and conservation. The master plan integrates high-quality residential precincts with community facilities, trails, and open spaces that preserve Cumberland Plain Woodland habitats and heritage values.
BW’s role extended beyond traditional surveying services, embedding a disciplined and adaptive project management framework to coordinate across civil engineering, environmental, heritage, and utility disciplines. Through foresight, innovation, and continuous stewardship, BW ensured seamless delivery from approvals to sales, achieving client objectives in time, cost, and quality while safeguarding ecological and cultural assets.
