Mandalay Estate

Overview

Mandalay is an award-winning community located in Melbourne’s north, spanning over 2,000 lots and scheduled for completion in 2025. Situated 40 minutes from the CBD, the estate features expansive open spaces, including 98 hectares of golf course, parklands, waterways, and walking and cycling trails, as well as education, recreation and community hubs with various leisure facilities.

Work Undertaken

Beveridge Williams provided engineering services to facilitate major sewer infrastructure, reticulation services to lots including sewer, water, and drainage, major sewer and drainage lines including open channel retardation, storage for reticulation to the golf course, and engineering infrastructure works at the Hume Highway interchange.
