Work Undertaken
The technical review of Stage 1 civil and service designs identified key issues and opportunities for improvements, leading to significant construction cost savings.
A thorough assessment of trunk sewer servicing options was undertaken, resulting in the design of optimized trunk water and sewer services for the development. Survey control points were established to ensure precise guidance throughout the construction process.
Detailed plans of subdivision were prepared for DA and Subdivision Certificate for stages 1 and 2. Additionally, the water cycle masterplan was reviewed and updated for stages 2 to 6.
Civil concept plans for the development application of Stage 2 were prepared, followed by the development of comprehensive civil, water, and sewer infrastructure design plans, ensuring a well-coordinated and efficient development process.
