Overview
Smiths Lane is a 260-hectare site situated approximately 55 km southeast of Melbourne’s CBD in Clyde North, within the City of Casey growth area. The estate is a 3,000-lot development, expecting to house over 7,500 residents.
The estate is designed to be a well-connected community, comprising of a new town centre, Government and private schools, active open spaces with sports ovals, walking trails, local parks, multiple wetlands and a waterway.
