With extensive experience in both consulting and local government, Fiona is a highly skilled Principal Town Planner, specialising in strategic planning. She possesses in-depth knowledge across a wide range of town planning areas, including structure planning, policy development, planning scheme amendments, rezonings, and urban and township growth strategies.
Fiona excels in advocacy, offering clients comprehensive support throughout all stages of the strategic planning process. Her strategic mindset, combined with a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks, enables her to deliver insightful solutions that drive successful project outcomes. Experienced in representing clients at Planning Panels and in public forums, Fiona prepares detailed submissions and presentations to effectively communicate complex planning matters.
Fiona is also experienced in a variety of subdivision and other planning applications, having successfully managed planning permits for a variety of projects including new housing in Melbourne’s growth areas and the regions.
Alisanne is a Project Manager and Town Planner with expertise in site analysis, feasibility and project coordination, and environment impact assessment. Alisanne is currently coordinating planning and integrated approvals packages and undertaking strategic land use assessments, with particular emphasis in residential land development and in renewables and infrastructure. Alisanne also has experience in managing the delivery of residential land development projects in Melbourne’s growth areas, including due diligence, acquisition, planning, design, and construction. As manager of the planning team in Melbourne, Alisanne leads a team of 17 dedicated and talented individuals. Her leadership style is collaborative, transparent, and results-driven, ensuring that the Beveridge Williams Town Planning Team remains at the forefront of the industry.
Kellie is a qualified Surveyor and Registered Planner with a postgraduate qualification in Environmental Studies. With over 30 years of experience in the development industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a practical, common-sense approach to land development, grounded in her surveying background. Her focus is always on delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
As a key leader at Beveridge Williams, Kellie has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth in New South Wales. She oversees a team of more than 100 employees and has played a central role in broadening the company’s service offering across the state.
Beyond her role within the business, Kellie is deeply committed to the surveying profession. She currently serves as Chair of Consulting Surveyors NSW and is a dedicated mentor to the next generation of surveyors, actively supporting the future of the industry.
