Peter joined Beveridge Williams as a graduate surveyor in Leongatha in 1981. Peter has been a part of the company’s management team and a Director for over 30 years. 

Peter became a Licenced Surveyor in 1984 and, soon after, opened the company’s Wonthaggi office. His professional expertise is in cadastral surveying, rural town planning and project management. In his current role as Regional Manager for Victoria he ably oversees the management of our 7 offices in rural Victoria.

Andrew is a Licensed Surveyor who joined Beveridge Williams in 1997. Andrew currently manages the Melbourne Surveying Division and NSW Region of Beveridge Williams. 

Andrew’s diverse range of projects over 25 years of surveying experience allows him to implement innovative surveying solutions to meet our clients’ needs and expectations. He became a company Director in 2017 and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Andrew is a board member and past President of Consulting Surveyors Victoria and a board member of Consulting Surveyors National.

Mark Fleming – Director/Manager Engineering Melbourne Beveridge Williams

Mark is a Chartered Civil Engineer who joined Beveridge Williams in 2011. Mark currently manages the Civil Engineering division.

Mark is also the current President of the Association of Land Development Engineers (ALDE). With over 20 years of professional experience in land development and local government, Mark provides detailed advice and guidance to our clients and staff to help in delivering projects of the highest calibre. Mark became a company Director in 2017 and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tiffany Su – Manager Finance Beveridge Williams

Tiffany started with Beveridge Williams in July 2009 as a Financial Accountant and was promoted to her current role of Finance Manager in March 2011.

Tiffany gained her experience from working for both private and listed companies in Australia. She is responsible for the company’s financial management and reporting, relevant statutory compliance, tax and payroll. She also provides strategic financial advice for the company in areas such as mergers and acquisitions.

Jackson Zaal​ – Manager Ballarat Beveridge Williams

Jackson is a Civil and Environmental Engineer with 8 years’ experience in land development and infrastructure projects across Victoria.

Jackson joined Beveridge Williams in 2011 gaining broad experience in the Gippsland region working in design, construction management and project management. He became Manager of the Ballarat office in 2016. Jackson has a focus on client satisfaction, delivering the best possible service and building the capabilities of his staff.

Adam Maher – Manager Wonthaggi & Leongatha Beveridge Williams

Adam joined Beveridge Williams in 2008 as a Licensed Surveyor and currently manages the Wonthaggi and Leongatha offices.

Adam has over 25 years’ experience in surveying, strongly linked with the development industry and large projects in Melbourne, rural Victoria and New Zealand. Adam’s depth of knowledge of the development process, land law and technical surveying adds value to the Wonthaggi/Leongatha team in projects for both the public and private sectors.

Simon Whitford – Manager Sale & Bairnsdale Beveridge Williams

Simon has more than 25 years’ experience as a Surveyor and became a Licensed Surveyor in 1997.

Simon joined Beveridge Williams in 2008 after having previously developed skills in project management, cadastral surveying for land development projects and engineering surveying, while working for major construction companies throughout Victoria and NSW. Simon currently manages the Sale and Bairnsdale offices.

Bruce Vroegop – Manager Traralgon & Warragul Beveridge Williams

Bruce is a Licensed Surveyor with more than 25 years’ experience and joined Beveridge Williams in 1998.

Bruce currently manages the Traralgon and Warragul offices delivering services to diverse clients such as Loy Yang Power, VicRoads, Land Victoria, local government and private clients and developers. Bruce is renowned for his knowledge of the land development and infrastructure industries in the Gippsland region.

Kellie Hassab

Manager New South Wales & Central Coast

Kellie is qualified Surveyor and Registered Planner with a postgraduate qualification in Environmental Studies.

Kellie has a passion for sustainable land development. She takes a holistic view of the process, considering the economic, social and environmental needs and implications of every project from inception through to completion. Her 22 years’ experience in the development industry is diverse and her surveying background supports a common sense approach to land development solutions that meet clients’ needs and expectations. Kellie is a mentor for the Consulting Surveyors NSW and Board of Surveying and Spatial Information town planning workshops, mentoring surveying candidates through the registration process. She is the Consulting Surveyors NSW first female Board member and currently holds the position of Treasurer.  

Phillip McQuillan

Manager Sydney

Phillip joined Beveridge Williams in 2017 and is a Registered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in surveying across NSW.

Phillip has a background in greenfield subdivisions, strata and community subdivision within the private sector. He currently manages the Sydney CBD office and is committed to providing quality service to all our clients.

Bernard Collins

Manager Planning Melbourne

Bernard’s background is in statutory and strategic planning, community consultation, policy development and project management and he has over 25 years’ experience in these roles.

Bernard has worked in local and regional government, not-for-profit agencies, large corporations and consultancy. He has worked at Beveridge Williams for nine years, with the past five as manager of the planning team. He has assisted our clients on a range of projects including developing Precinct Structure Plans, subdivisions, VCAT and Panel representations.

Andrew Mellett

Manager Environmental

Andrew has over 17 years’ environmental experience, including 14 years at Beveridge Williams.

He has managed over 300 Phase 1 and Phase 2 contamination assessments including remediation projects and statutory environmental audit assessments for councils, state government departments and private developers. Andrew has also been a serving member of the ACLCA Executive Committee (Victorian Chapter) and regularly provides evidence as an expert witness.

Greg has over 25 years’ experience in landscape architecture and has worked on an array of landscape, urban design and master planning projects.

Gregs experience includes working on major rail projects, pipelines, corporate headquarters, golf course developments, roads and highways, open space design, schools, resort developments, residential development, streetscapes and environmental planning and rehabilitation. He has worked in all Australian states, the Philippines and Malaysia. He has extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and design management.

Jim Wiggins – Manager Survey Estates

Jim is a Licensed Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience working in Victoria and Queensland.

Jim spent the first ten years of his career working on major construction, infrastructure and mining projects in Melbourne and rural Queensland. Since achieving registration as a Licensed Surveyor in 2004, he has worked exclusively on cadastral survey projects in Victoria. Jim specialises in providing all surveying services required for the successful completion of greenfield subdivisions of various sizes, within various municipalities.

Mick Swales – Manager Survey Infrastructure

Mick graduated from RMIT as a Surveyor in the mid 1980’s and has been a Licensed Surveyor for nearly 30 years.

Since joining Beveridge Williams 16 years ago, he has been a manager in the Melbourne Survey Infrastructure division, working on cadastral, feature and set out surveys on significant Victorian infrastructure projects. Mick has worked on projects such as Eastlink, Peninsula Link, the City Tulla Widening Project, the Western Tunnel Project, the Level Crossing Removal Project. as well as a large proportion of the Major VicRoads projects in that timeframe.

Steve is a Licensed Surveyor with more than 20 years’ experience, who specialises in complex cadastral and feature surveys.

Steve joined Beveridge Williams in late 2005 and has been a key contributor in numerous large-scale projects in Melbourne including the M1 Upgrade, Dandenong Revitalisation Project, Peninsula Link Freeway and Swanston Street Redevelopment. He has a passion for utilisation of new technology and has produced various 3D models from scanned data sets.

David Wright – Manager Project Management

David Wright

David is a civil engineer with more than 30 years’ experience. He started at Beveridge Williams in 2015 to manage large residential subdivision projects and has been managing the project management team since 2016.

David has experience in all types of land development projects including residential estates, commercial developments, retirement villages and golf courses. David is well renowned in the industry for his abilities to solve complex issues and deliver on time and on budget. 

Earl Aninipoc – Manager Traffic & Transport Engineering

Earl is a traffic engineer with over 10 years’ experience. A road safety engineer at his core, Earl has worked in both the public and private sector throughout Victoria.

Earl’s traffic engineering experience also includes a variety of public and private planning permit application in NSW, ranging from high-density inner-city projects to rural developments. Earl is also an accredited Senior Road Safety Auditor in Victoria and Level 3 Road Safety Auditor in NSW. Heading up Traffic & Transportation Engineering, Earl leads the team in providing traffic and design services throughout all stages of a development.

Steve commenced work at Beveridge Williams in 2012, bringing almost 30 years of experience in contract and project management for private land development and local government projects.

Steve has worked on many large residential projects throughout Melbourne, from inception through to final completion. He has extensive experience liaising with other consultants and has built key relationships with all service authorities. Steve is always focused on delivering a quality development, on time and within budget.

Craig is the Manager of Development Engineering. He is a Civil Engineer with over 10 years’ experience in engineering and project management in the land development industry throughout Victoria.

Craig leads our development engineering team who create thousands of lots each year in multiple estates throughout metropolitan Melbourne. He takes pride in creating and leading teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Aram Manjikian – Manager Water Resources Engineering

Aram is an Environmental Engineer who has over twelve years’ experience managing and working on projects in the natural resources and water industries.

Aram’s key skills include hydrology and hydraulic modelling, surface water management, drainage design, stormwater harvesting, and Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD). His experience is diverse, working for both government authorities and consultancies in fields of catchment management, infrastructure and development.

James Mackie – Manager Infrastructure Engineering

James Mackie

James joined Beveridge Williams as a graduate engineer in 2009, gaining experience in a broad range of land development and infrastructure projects across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

James was appointed to the role of Manger Infrastructure Engineering in 2017. With the rapid growth in the size and capabilities of our engineering department, this new division was created. The team specialises in large infrastructure projects, primarily for road and transport, and sewer and water, for state authorities and private developers.
