Beveridge Williams Strengthens National Collaboration with New Leadership Appointments
Beveridge Williams is continuing to evolve its business to support future growth, with the Executive Team commencing a review of how the company is structured to better support clients, projects and people operating across state boundaries.
The review forms part of the company’s broader strategic direction under the BW Strategic Plan and the ‘Strengthen’ pillar, which focuses on refining systems and structures to ensure the business remains scalable, connected and future-ready.
As Beveridge Williams continues to expand nationally, the business is exploring opportunities to develop a more integrated operating model that enhances collaboration and capability sharing across states and disciplines. Importantly, the company’s strong local presence and long-standing relationships with clients, communities and industry partners will remain central to how it operates.
A more nationally connected structure is expected to support:
- Greater collaboration across teams and regions
- Improved sharing of knowledge, innovation and technical expertise
- Enhanced consistency for national clients and major projects
- Expanded career development opportunities for staff
Managing Director, Grant Hailes, said the review is about ensuring the business remains well-positioned for the future while continuing to build on the strengths that have shaped Beveridge Williams over many years.
“Beveridge Williams has always evolved by listening to our people and staying close to our clients. This review is about ensuring we continue to grow in a way that supports both our people and the communities we work in,” he said.
As an initial step in strengthening national collaboration and leadership, Beveridge Williams has announced the following appointments:
- Alisanne Boag – National Planning Manager
- Roger Dowling – National Engineering Manager
- Brett Foulis – National Landscape Manager
These appointments reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to creating stronger connections across the business and supporting greater opportunities for staff nationally.
