Katherine Martin – Team Leader Survey, Ballarat

Katherine provides surveying services across Ballarat and Western Victoria, with experience in cadastral, engineering and feature surveys, together with subdivision and land development projects.

Her local experience provides clients with practical surveying advice across a wide range of property and development matters.

Katherine has extensive experience in the land development industry as both a surveyor and town planner.

Since starting at Beveridge Williams in 2010, Katherine has worked on a diverse range of projects, including cadastral, engineering, and feature surveys, as well as use and development and subdivision planning applications. As a result, Katherine has a thorough working knowledge of the subdivision and land development process.

Katherine’s skillset and background allow her to balance competing development constraints and advocate for good development outcomes, while focussing on communication and client satisfaction.
