David Pearce
David has over 16 years professional experience as a Landscape Architect working on projects in both the public and private sectors. He has previously led a firm with offices in Wollongong, Canberra and Melbourne on projects across NSW, ACT and VIC. David’s project experience extends across a wide range of projects, including public parks, residential subdivisions, high-density residential developments, commercial developments, infrastructure projects and public domain / open space projects.
David has extensive experience in concept design, design development, tender and construction documentation and has experience in delivering projects from inception to completion.
David has over 19 years experience with AutoCAD and is able to utilise 3D modelling to compliment the design process.
David resides in the Wollongong office and demonstrates professionalism and innate sense of responsibility in all aspects of his work – from project management, client relations, project work and staffing support so that projects are of a high quality and delivered on time.
Shane Gray
Shane is a qualified Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience in engineering and project management in the private sector in both Australia and Canada. He has extensive experience in the land development process and has been responsible for the design and construction of significant land development projects and local government infrastructure including roads, bridges and stormwater management facilities.
Matt Parker
Matthew is accredited with Sydney Water as a Water Servicing Coordinator covering all disciplines. Matthew has been a Water Service Coordinator for over 25 years with experience as a Sydney Water Infrastructure Designer, Supervisor and Project Manager. He has extensive experience in the design of wastewater, pressure sewer systems, potable and recycled water infrastructure for private developer, local government, and NSW RMS for projects of varying complexity and size.
Sam Kelly
Sam is a Chartered Professional Engineer who specialises in Urban Stormwater Management, Flooding and Water Quality Management. He has experience on a range of projects providing water cycle management advice, floodplain management and stormwater asset design. Sam is an expert user of key design models including TUFLOW, DRAINS, WBNM, RORB, HEC-RAS, MUSIC and 12D.
Michael Coleman
Michael has been working in the surveying industry for over 15 years in Victoria and NSW. His responsibilities include Survey Project Management for one of BW’s largest projects in NSW, including liaison with civil construction and development contractors. He also oversees, trains, and mentors our junior staff.
Paul Wallis
Paul is a highly experienced Dial Before you Dig (DBYD) accredited utility locator with expertise in the field of utility infrastructure investigation and damage prevention. He is responsible for managing and coordinating our clients utility investigation projects, including utility surveys, drainage investigation surveys and clash detection analysis.
