Overview
Georges Cove Estate is a premium master planned residential community by Mirvac, overlooking the Georges River at Moorebank. The project has transformed a former brownfield site into a high-quality residential neighbourhood, delivering contemporary housing and enhanced amenity in a highly constrained environment.
Beveridge Williams has been involved with the site since 2014, providing continuity and deep site knowledge throughout the planning, design and delivery phases. Our long-term involvement has been critical to the successful transformation of this complex brownfield site.

Working collaboratively with Mirvac and the broader consultant team, Beveridge Williams helped unlock the site’s potential by integrating new infrastructure with existing networks, managing constraints associated with the former land use, and delivering buildable, cost-effective outcomes aligned with the project vision.
The use of drone technology enhanced survey accuracy and efficiency, providing detailed site data to inform design decisions and support safe, effective delivery throughout the project.
