We are so fortunate to have many talented and professional women working in all areas of our business – from those surveying out in field to those heading our finance department. In fact, nearly 100 women are working for us today.
Some have been officially recognised for their talents and leadership potential through the 500 Women in Property program – an initiative of the Property Council’s Diversity and Inclusion Committees. The program aims to accelerate more women into leadership positions in the property industry.
We congratulate the two members of the Beveridge Williams team who were accepted into the program in March:
• Laurel Field – 3D Modelling Surveyor in NSW
• Antonia Erceg – Project Manager in Victoria
They will both attend numerous 500 Women in Property events, including virtual masterclasses to build their leadership skills and will learn various parts of the business.
We look forward to supporting them as their program sponsors and building more leaders for our profession.
