Oak Grove

Project Overview

Oak Grove is a 1,400-lot masterplanned community located within the Clyde North Precinct Structure Plan (PSP). Spanning over 92 hectares, the development delivers a high-quality residential environment seamlessly integrated with expansive green spaces, wetlands, and critical infrastructure.

Drainage outfall constraints required a rethinking of conventional development sequencing. BW’s early planning and innovative engineering solutions enabled bulk earthworks to begin ahead of formal approvals, accelerating the program. Our project management and planning teams played a crucial role in navigating stages during periods of authority-related delays, ensuring delivery remained on track and maintaining project momentum.

Work Undertaken

BW delivered multidisciplinary consultancy services, including:

  • Civil Engineering Design: Residential and external infrastructure design, including extensive land filling and site shaping.
