Beveridge Williams has just registered its first Reconciliation Action Plan with Reconciliation Australia.

This Action Plan outlines our commitment to making a meaningful contribution towards Reconciliation with this nation’s First Australians.  Australia’s history is so much more than the last 250 years. Modern Australia, and what it means to be Australian, needs to recognise the rich culture of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples for our story to be whole. There must be an honest telling of the impacts of colonialisation on Australia’s First Peoples, a recognition of injustices, and a belief in our common and shared future. It is on a platform of truth that real progress will be made.

Our REFLECT Reconciliation Action Plan provides a framework for making connections and furthering our understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and taking constructive action that helps promote reconciliation.
